  2. You need 200 g of Dates.
  3. You need 100 g of Raisins.
  4. You need 1 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
  5. Get 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

  1. Take around half of the hazelnuts and blitz them in a food processor until they are in tiny pieces..
  2. Pit the 200g of dates and add them to the food processor. Add the 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1½ tablespoon of cocoa powder and around half of the raisins to the food processor as well..
  3. Blitz it all together until you have the start of a sticky mixture. If it's not quite sticky enough then add a few more dates..
